I love anonymous nudes! Or at least when the shapes of the figure, body language or emotion is the main thing to draw you in, rather than the ‘beauty’ or expression of the face. I think they can be so strong and evocative, and allow you as the model to very expressive in a different way, and give a wider interpretation and narrative available to the viewer. So I love these shots taken by Ian Hoskin at Hallam Mill Studio… gorgeous light, mood and tones. Brilliant!
