These images are from my trip to Devon in March, taken on beautiful Dartmoor National Park, by Imagesse. We shot at Gidleigh Stone Circle, which dates from the Bronze Age so is almost 4000 years old. The mist was very thick when we arrived early but we sat down to enjoy the peace and it lifted after a while. I loved the serenity there, and the mystery of the Ley Lines is so intriguing, a local tale says the dartmoor ponies all gather to enter the circle just before sunrise, as if soaking up the positive energy, which sounds so incredible to me it makes my hair stand on end! So when Perry had to nip back to the car to get another lens, I lay a while in the middle of the cirlce with my eyes closed, not sure what I was expecting to happen, maybe wake up levitating? (though in the third pic you see I am 😉 ) Hopefully I soaked up some good energy, it was certainly a very inspiring and calming place to work and I love the images.
Afterwards we went to a lovely forest which was very beautiful, so many interesting twisted trees, and the floor, logs and branches covered in thick soft cushiony moss, which was so lush and green.
It was so comfy I had to give a little hug 🙂
