Today I’m adding here some fab moody nudes sent to me by Andy Green. These were taken at the end of two days we spent capturing fantastical, stylised sets in his studio (which I’ll post more of soon) but Andy also wanted to try more simple figure nudes. So we ventured down to the lower ground studio for a quick 20 minute shoot, and these are the results you can create with a single angled light and living frame of flesh and bone as your subject.

Dramatic contrast, awesome dark shadows, scultpural shapes, lines and curves… This style of studio work is so yummy to me and endlessly appealing to work with, when so many possibilities can be resulted in by experimenting, altering and moving the elements around. Hope you like them too.
