I recently travelled down to Sussex for shoots in Brighton and surrounding areas, including to the home & studio of Rayment Kirby (& lovely wife Pru) who I have worked with on quite a few occassions now. We captured some superb new images that I’ll show off soon, but before that I still have pictures to post from our past shoots… with colourful silks, daylight nudes, poppy fields and indoor woodland!
Rayment is really innovative with his ideas but is a master of doing things on a budget, working with hand-made lights, ‘found’ props and creative editing techniques. There’s a wealth of generous information available on his website…

He also has a number of books available to buy which share his ideas and visions, including a revised edition of ‘Photo Session‘ which helpfully shows how you can achieve many different results in one shoot without a large studio or lavish locations, featuring lighting diagrams, illustrations and useful technical information and LOTS of pictures of ME 🙂
And his newest addition – ‘Shadows & Shapes in the Imagination‘ – a wonderful collection of themed photographs featuring myself, as well 3 other incredible models – the stunningly elegant Joceline, beautiful Ella Rose & gorgeous Rebecca Tun.
